Feliz reveals new bed linen range: Dream Weaver

Don’t you love it when you make new discoveries? This gorgeous Melbourne designed and made bedlinen is far from new to me – I discovered Feliz several years ago at the fab Finders Keepers market in Melbourne.

But I have just learnt that the word “Feliz” is Spanish for “happy”. There couldn’t be a more fitting name for this colourful and fun linen range – it really does put a smile on the face.

Friends and mums Jane and Mel started their their textile design and production business – Feliz – about five years ago now.

I’m a big fan of not only their quality and unique products, but also their grit in bringing their business to life – and sustaining it. It’s no easy feat as all of us business owners know.

A year ago the pair launched their gorgeous artwork collection, with Jane even branching out to give this a platform of its own under her nameĀ Janey Forbes.

And just recently, the duo launched their latest range: Dream Weaver. As they explain:

Bed time is the best and we want to celebrate that time when we give in to the night and slip between the sheets.

Jane and Mel tell me that Dream Weaver is a range woven with love, with luxurious pure Belgian linen and crisp organic cotton – each piece featuring delicate hand stitched details, decadent fringing and peaceful patterns.

I adore the Australiana references, like the illustrated maps of Bondi Bay and Perth, and the skateboarding roo and surfing koalas. It doesn’t get much more “Aussie” than that! And growing up a Pomme (Englishwoman), my family and I were always looking for “non tacky” souvenirs like these. But I know my Australian friends would love these too – just like me!

I can see this range in boys’ and girls’ rooms – when they transition away from “babies” to little kidlets. The designs are vibrant and playful – while being a little “grown up” too.

So dive in below to explore Feliz’s Dream Weaver range in its full glory…
