There’s no better way to humanise graphic design than with illustration. And I’ve just found my new favourite pro: Melbourne’s Erin Short.
The graphic designer founded her boutique stationary company – Short & Sweet – in 2011, to bring ‘delightful and inspiring’ paper goods to the market.
Her unique cards and charming prints with themes of love, travel and dreaming big are perfect for sharing with your favourite people. There’s also witty new ‘English’ and ‘Australia’ Christmas card ranges too with a few favourite national festive sayings!
Originally from London, Erin’s own travels and eternal wanderlust inspire much of her work. With a passion for typography and lettering, many designs are created by hand using a brush and Indian ink before being scanned and edited digitally.
2015 will see the introduction of GORGEOUS floral (and other) wedding stationery to Short & Sweet, which will be available in customisable suites and as a bespoke design service (exciting!).
